We provide a user-friendly and secure platform for individuals and businesses to post and browse classified advertisements. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dynamic and motivated sales scouts to help drive revenue growth, brand visibility and client acquisition.

Job Mission
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and communicate the value of our classifieds platform will be essential to your success.

Reporting into: Sales Lead - Pigiame
Direct Reports: None
Indirect reports: None

Key Responsibilities
1. Onground Prospecting: Conduct on-ground prospecting in malls to identify, approach, and onboard sellers
2. Sales Conversion: Drive sales by converting leads into paying clients and upselling advertising packages.
3. Brand Activations & Market Feedback: Execute brand activations, engage sellers, and gather real-time market feedback.
4. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory or industry segment.
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout their journey with our platform.
6. Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently closing deals. Continuously seek opportunities to maximise revenue streams.
7. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement of our platform.

KPIs to measure success.
1. Sales Revenue: Drive revenue growth by acquiring and converting new sellers into paying clients.
2. Sales Target Achievement: This measures how well the sales executive meets or exceeds their assigned sales targets.
3. New Customer Acquisition: The number of new customers acquired within a specific time frame.
4. Brand Visibility: Increase PigiaMe brand visibility through strong on-ground presence in malls.
5. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers about the sales process and service quality.
6. Listing Growth: Grow the number and quality of listings to boost platform activity.
7. Time Management: The time spent actively selling or engaging with potential customers.
All the targets and expectations set by the business are subject to review from time to time.

Qualifications and experience
● Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
● Advertising, or digital marketing environment.
● Experience in sales will be an added advantage
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Excellent time management and organisational skills.
● Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
