About the Role
This is not a typical call center job. Every call you take is a high-intent customer actively looking for help. Your role is to take control, build trust quickly, and convert that call into a paying customer within minutes. We are looking for high-performance individuals who can think fast, communicate clearly, and close confidently under pressure. If you are comfortable following scripts without thinking, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
● Handle inbound calls and convert leads into paying customers
● Follow a structured call framework to qualify and close
● Confidently secure customer commitment (dispatch deposit)
● Transfer confirmed jobs to dispatch efficiently
● Accurately input all customer data into CRM (Workiz) in real-time
● Conduct post-service follow-ups and request Google reviews
● Maintain high call efficiency and minimize missed opportunities Performance & Earnings The base pay for this role is KSh. 53,000
The role is also performance-based:
● Expected minimum: $2,000 or KSh. 258,000 profit generated per week
● Bonus structure based on total weekly performance:
● 10% to 20% bonus of the profit generated What We’re Looking For Core Competences (Non-Negotiable)

Experience
● Prior call center experience (required)
● Experience in sales, telesales, or high-conversion environments (strong advantage)
● Experience handling U.S.-based customers (preferred)

1. Handle calls efficiently (under 5 minutes)
2. Convert consistently without sounding pushy
3. Control conversations from start to finish
4. Enter clean, accurate CRM data every time
5. Generate repeatable, predictable results Work Environment Requirements
● Stable high-speed internet (backup required)
● Quiet, professional workspace
● High-quality headset
● Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably (tracked via Homebase platform)
● You’ll be required to appear on camera during your shift
