Job summary
Our client, a fast-growing Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, is looking for dynamic, results-driven Motorbike Sales Representatives to expand their market footprint. If you have a passion for sales, a valid riding license, and know how to build lasting relationships with retailers and wholesalers, we want you on our client’s team!

Key Responsibilities
Route Coverage
- Execute daily route plans to visit existing retail and wholesale customers, ensuring maximum product availability.
New Business Development
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand the client’s territory market share.
Sales & Collection
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring 100% timely collection of payments.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with shopkeepers, distributors, and vendors.
Merchandising
- Ensure products are prominently displayed, well-stocked, and properly priced at the point of sale.
Market Intelligence
- Keep an eye on competitor activities, pricing, and trends, and report feedback to the Sales Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of active sales experience specifically within the FMCG sector (e.g., food, beverages, cosmetics, or household goods).
Licensing
- Must possess a valid driving/riding license with an endorsement for motorbikes.
Riding Skills
- Proven ability to ride a motorbike safely in heavy traffic and diverse weather conditions.
Education
- High school certificate; a Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a business-related field is a distinct advantage.
Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy
- Familiarity with basic mobile sales apps or POS systems for order booking.
Attributes
- Self-motivated, honest, and highly resilient with a strong sense of direction and time management.
