NJB Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our Molo branch. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, growing the loan portfolio, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
· Recruit and onboard new loan clients
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships
· Conduct client visits and follow ups for loan recovery
· Promote company loan products within the market
· Assess client needs and support loan application processes
· Ensure timely repayment and reduce default risks
· Maintain accurate client records and reports
Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
· 1–3 years’ experience in sales, microfinance sector
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work under minimal supervision
· Good understanding of customer service and credit processes
