Professional Background
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Renewable Energy.
- Experience: 1–2 years in solar, electronics, or energy-related field sales.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of solar power systems (panels, batteries, inverters, load sizing).
- Market Familiarity: Experience working in counties with off-grid or unreliable electricity.
- Licenses / Certifications: Sales, solar product, or customer service certification preferred.
Core Competencies
- Product Sales: Ability to explain product benefits and match SKUs to customer needs.
- Financial Literacy: Can explain PAYG, loans, and repayment models clearly.
- CRM Skills: Comfortable logging leads, follow-ups, and updates in Magharibi CRM.
- Negotiation: Skilled in closing deals and handling objections.
- Reporting: Timely submission of daily sales and lead reports.Digital Literacy: Can use mobile apps, WhatsApp Business, and digital marketing tools.
