B.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

B1:  Overall purpose of the job:
A Sales consultant is responsible for delivering new business encompassing all the company products to the organization, engaging potential customers to grow business opportunity to the company.  

Responsibilities
•    Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
•    Build and sustain clients through calls, correspondence, presentations, and the designing of solutions including after Sales service.
•    Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate follow up, close the sales, within the assigned region.
•    Identify new avenues and prospects for the sale of company products and arrange for presentations.
•    Prepare and make a report on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends.
•    Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends.
•    Prospect for new business and manage customer follow-up system.
•    Achieve the set monthly targets.
•    Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
•    Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales
•    Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed and including collection 
•    Use Customer Relationship management tools – CRM, ERP
•    Maintain key relationships as stipulated on the “List’

B3: Meetings Expected to Attend
• Level 10 meetings
• Departmental meetings and trainings.
• Any other meeting requested to attend.

B4: Reports.
• Send both Daily/Weekly reports as per prescribed format and time by the immediate Manager.
