Sales Executive
Job summary
To drive sales of CCTV installation and security solutions to secondary schools across Kenya, positioning Threecs as a trusted partner in student safety and fire-incident monitoring in response to the recent rise in school fire outbreaks.
Job descriptions & requirements
• Identify and approach public and private high schools as prospective clients for CCTV and security installations.
• Conduct site visits and needs assessments to recommend suitable security solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations in liaison with the technical team.
• Build and maintain relationships with school administrations, boards of management, and county education offices.
• Generate leads, negotiate terms, and close sales in line with company pricing policy.
• Coordinate with the technical/installation team for smooth project handover after a sale.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of client interactions, leads, and the sales pipeline.
• Represent Threecs at education-sector events, school forums, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide basic after-sales follow-up and escalate technical client queries appropriately.
• Submit regular sales activity and progress reports to the HR/Sales Manager.
