Job summary
We are a leading logistics firm looking for two Sales Executives (one based in Nairobi, one in Mombasa) to join our team immediately. This role is designed for highly independent individuals who have the initiative to manage their own desk and the industry expertise to deliver results.

We are looking for individuals who can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for bringing your own active leads and clients onboard and managing their end-to-end logistics requirements.
Key Requirements:
· Proven Experience: Deep knowledge of Customs Clearance, Sea Freight, and Air Freight Forwarding.
· Active Portfolio: You must have active leads or a client base that you can transition immediately.
· Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Tools: Must have your own laptop and smartphone.
· Start Date: Immediate.
Remuneration & Benefits
This is a purely commission-based role. We offer a highly competitive payout for those who can deliver volume.
· Commission: 10% of Net Revenue.
· Retainer: None.
· Growth: Unlimited earning potential based on the business you bring onboard
