Job summary
To recruit a high-performing Sales Executive responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
Job descriptions & requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in a high-volume, target-driven sales environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or Automotive sales is highly preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili (written and verbal)
