Job summary
Hallmark Recruitment has been engaged by a real estate developer to recruit experienced sales professionals for two high-end residential apartment developments currently under construction in Westlands, Nairobi. Both developments are expected to be completed within 3 to 4 years and are targeting a high-net-worth clientele.
Job descriptions & requirements
The Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities for the two developments, lead and mentor a team of sales agents, develop and execute the sales strategy, and report directly to senior management. This is a senior role suited to someone who has personally sold luxury residential property and is ready to step into — or continue in — a leadership capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for both off-plan developments
- Recruit, train, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance
- Build and maintain relationships with HNW buyers, brokers, and agents
- Provide structured sales reports and pipeline updates to the developer
- Represent the developments at events, site visits, and client presentations
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and campaign execution
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in high-end residential real estate sales
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing a sales team
- Strong off-plan sales background with a track record of closing
- Established network of high-net-worth individual clients, diaspora buyers, or corporate accounts
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and reporting skills
- In-depth knowledge of Westlands, Parklands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, and Spring Valley markets
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB), Kenya
