DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account growth initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans to support overall company objectives.

Brand Growth & Marketing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand-building campaigns.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all sales and marketing channels.
  • Leverage digital marketing and social media platforms to drive customer engagement and sales growth.

Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a high-performance and customer-focused culture.

Channel & Distributor Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor distributor and retail performance to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and support channel expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure effective product availability and market penetration.

Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Present regular business performance updates to management.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
  • Experience managing sales teams, distributors, and retail channels.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent business development and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
