- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account growth initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and execute sales plans to support overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand-building campaigns.
- Support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all sales and marketing channels.
- Leverage digital marketing and social media platforms to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Monitor distributor and retail performance to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and support channel expansion initiatives.
- Ensure effective product availability and market penetration.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Present regular business performance updates to management.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
- Experience managing sales teams, distributors, and retail channels.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent business development and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
