The Sales & Marketing Lead drives enrolment growth and brand visibility for Strong Start’s early years programs and caregiver trainings. The role combines strategy and execution to grow audiences, manage campaigns, and strengthen community engagement across all Strong Start programs.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Enrolment Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrolment targets across all Strong Start programs.
- Oversee lead management systems (CRM, WhatsApp Business, website forms) to ensure timely follow-up and conversion tracking.
- Coordinate closely with Centre Managers to manage class availability, waitlists, and term-to-term retention.
- Manage inbound inquiries (walk-ins, referrals, digital leads) and ensure professional, timely client communication.
- Design and run referral programs and promotions that incentivize word-of-mouth growth.
B. Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with Strong Start’s brand tone — warm, empowering, fun, supportive, and professional.
- Manage digital content calendars across Instagram, WhatsApp, newsletters, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure brand consistency across visuals, messaging, and materials (flyers, signage, decks, merchandise).
- Lead campaign development for term enrolment, holiday camps, Care Academy intakes, and special programs.
- Coordinate design and production with creative vendors (graphic designers, photographers, videographers).
- Manage media assets and storytelling for impact reporting, investor updates, and press coverage.
C. Community Engagement & Partnerships
- Cultivate partnerships with schools, pediatric clinics, parenting networks, and corporate partners to expand Strong Start’s reach.
- Support Strong Start’s participation in community events, exhibitions, and family fairs.
- Plan and execute parent engagement activities (open houses, workshops, community days).
- Develop and manage ambassador or influencer collaborations to strengthen Strong Start’s community presence.
D. Investor, Donor & Partner Communications
- Coordinate marketing support for investor and ecosystem engagement, including newsletters, presentations, and social content.
- Support the Managing Director in preparing materials for partners and potential funders (impact highlights, visuals, success stories).
- Maintain alignment between Strong Start’s public communications and its care ecosystem narrative.
E. Data & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards tracking lead generation, conversions, retention, and campaign performance.
- Analyze digital metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, cost-per-lead) and recommend data-driven adjustments.
- Produce monthly marketing and sales reports highlighting progress, insights, and next steps.
3. Deliverables & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve termly enrolment targets across all Strong Start programs.
- Maintain high lead-to-client conversion rates.
- Grow digital audience engagement and community participation.
- Deliver monthly reports and campaign summaries on time.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Execute one major campaign per term (Open House, Care Academy launch, Holiday Program, etc.).
4. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally within education, training, or lifestyle services.
- Strong digital marketing skills (Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva, analytics tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized, proactive, and creative.
- Experience with CRM and WhatsApp Business tools preferred.
5. Reporting & Collaboration
Reports directly to the Managing Director. Collaborates closely with Centre Managers (Lavington & Spring Valley), Training Manager (for Care Academy & nanny training campaigns), and Finance & Operations (for pricing, budgets, and promotions). May supervise interns or assistants as the department grows.
6. Duration & Terms
Full-time position with a 3-month probation period. Performance reviewed quarterly based on enrolment growth, marketing performance, and brand impact.
