Job Description/Requirements

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Aggressively sourcing for new clients.

· Build awareness about the product and educate customers on product usage.

· Identifying customer needs and pitching the relevant products and services.

· Meet and exceed sales targets through developing and implementing effective strategies to increase sales volumes.

· Maintaining existing clients by continuously furnishing them with current information

/training on the company products.

· Maintain all clients through proactive communication with the client and ensuring that all queries, complains are promptly attended to.

· Conducting market research on the competitors and market dynamics and advising the management.

· Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the service given.

· Report on all sales activities by submission of weekly report to your supervisor.



Key Qualifications

· Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing /Business related course

· Above 2 years of experience in sales and marketing

· Work experience in ICT /IT sector is an added advantage

· Digital Marketing skills will be an added advantage.
