Sales & Operations Assistant
Job summary
This position supports management and regional sales teams by coordinating sales follow-up, maintaining customer information, monitoring store progress, preparing reports, managing WhatsApp communications, and ensuring smooth operational coordination.

Qualifications:
Ø Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or related fields.
Ø 1-3 years' experience as a Sales Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Project Assistant.
Ø Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
Ø Good English communication skills; Kiswahili is preferred.
Ø Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in renewable energy, solar, electrical products, retail, or store operations is an advantage.
Key responsibilities:
· Maintain customer databases, store development trackers, sales pipeline reports, and installer lists.
· Track customer visit reports and sales opportunities submitted by regional sales staff.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports, meeting minutes, and action plans.
· Coordinate materials, demo units, product samples, training records, photographs, and documentation for new store openings.
· Manage WhatsApp communications and follow up on customer inquiries.
· Coordinate communication among warehouse, finance, and sales teams.
· Support preparation for marketing campaigns, training events, and store launches.
· Organize and maintain project documents and records.
