Job description 
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to drive sales of our 
ecommerce platform. This role combines sales, customer support, and marketing to ensure 
smooth platform operations and business growth. 
 
Key Responsibilities include: 
1. Identify and onboard new vendors and customers to the ecommerce platform. 
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and sales. 
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maintain relationships 
with existing ones. 
5. Understand client needs and objectives to align our services effectively 
6. Monitor and analyze ecommerce trends and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities. 
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently. 
8. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for both buyers and sellers. 
9. Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve service delivery. 
10. Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase platform visibility. 
11. Address client concerns and provide solutions to resolve issues promptly. 
12. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. 
13. Provide regular reports on account status, sales progress, challenges, and opportunities 
 
Qualifications & Skills: 
1. Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 
2. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in B2B ecommerce or a related 
field. 
3. Must have strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies 
4. Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms. 
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. 
6. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
