Our client is hiring a Regional Sales Lead with extensive travel across various regions in Kenya.

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Lead to lead and manage sales representatives across various regions in Kenya, driving commercial expansion and strengthening our cosmetics portfolio. This role will work closely with distributors, internal teams, and leadership to achieve sales targets and ensure consistent market growth. Multicultural and multilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve annual targets
● Manage, coach, and oversee sales representatives across different regions in Kenya to optimize performance
● Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
● Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
● Collaborate with Marketing on trade promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives
● Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations
● Maintain CRM systems and provide accurate sales reporting and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related fi eld (MBA is a plus)
● Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably within FMCG or cosmetics
● Proven experience managing a geographically distributed sales team
● Strong distributor management and team leadership skills
● Established network and experience within the Kenyan and East African market is highly preferred
