Job Description
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Create engaging content to market our products and attract new customers
- Host live sessions to showcase products, respond to customer inquiries, and drive sales
- Respond promptly to customer messages, inquiries, and comments
- Generate leads, convert followers into customers, and process orders
- Prepare quotes and invoices using the internal system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch
- Monitor order fulfillment to ensure products are delivered in good condition and within timelines
- Communicate proactively with clients in case of delays or issues, maintaining trust and professionalism
- Support day-to-day sales and marketing activities as needed
Requirements
- Recent graduate (Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field)
- Must be based in or around Kiambu Town
- Strong interest in social media marketing and online sales
- Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Confident communicator with good customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different departments
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems
