Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated Sales Representative to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance brand visibility across the assigned territory. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets.
- Identify and recruit new retail, wholesale, hospitality, and on-trade customers.
- Grow sales within existing accounts through regular engagement and relationship management.
- Execute route plans to maximize outlet coverage and productivity.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels, wines & spirits outlets, and key accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Negotiate product listings, displays, and promotional opportunities.
Merchandising & Brand Visibility
- Ensure products are consistently available and well displayed.
- Implement merchandising standards and maintain attractive product displays.
- Install and maintain promotional materials and branded POS displays.
- Monitor stock levels to minimize stock-outs and maximize sales opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, new product launches, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and provide actionable market insights.
- Identify emerging business opportunities within the territory.
Reporting & Administration
- Submit daily sales reports, call reports, route plans, and market intelligence reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
- Follow company sales policies, pricing structures, and credit procedures.
Collections
- Follow up on outstanding payments within approved credit terms.
- Maintain healthy customer accounts and minimize overdue balances.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- New customer acquisition.

- Product distribution and availability.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in FMCG or alcoholic beverage sales.
- Experience selling wines, spirits, beer, or premium alcoholic brands is an added advantage.
- Valid driving licence or motorcycle riding experience is desirable.
