They are seeking to hire a Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating leads, marketing property listings, advising clients, conducting property viewings, and closing property sales and rentals. The role requires strong client relationship skills, proactive prospecting, and consistent followup

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities 

1. Identify and pursue potential property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through networking, referrals, and digital platforms. 

2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain regular engagement with investors and repeat clients. 

3. Source new property listings and maintain an updated portfolio within target areas. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to guide clients on pricing, demand, and investment opportunities. 

5. Advise clients on suitable property options and provide professional guidance throughout the process. 6. Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting features, amenities, and neighborhood insights. 7. Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial terms. 

8. Support the transaction process from inquiry to closing, ensuring documentation, payments, and compliance are in order. 

9. Collaborate with marketing to promote listings via campaigns, social media, and open houses. 10. Maintain accurate client records, report leads, viewings, offers, and closed deals to management. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred 

2. Prior experience in sales, real estate, insurance sales, property advisory, or client relationship management roles is an added advantage 

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

4. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities 

5. Proven sales and persuasion skills 

6. Client relationship management and strong customer service orientation 

7. Good time management and organizational skills 

8. Strong market awareness with the ability to conduct research and analyze trends 9. Professional presentation and networking skills
