Job Description
Drive sales through both new client acquisition and existing returning clients.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets across all four branches.
Promote new services and upsell Ora Nail Spot and That’sYoHair products.
Implement and manage pricing strategies within assigned accounts.
Build strong client relationships and handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with receptionists, stylists, and internal teams to support smooth client flow.
Present monthly sales recaps and targeted priorities to sales leadership.
Work in a fast-paced environment requiring urgency, initiative, and attention to detail.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of proven inside/outside sales experience.
Strong ability to plan daily and weekly sales activities.
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills.
Knowledge of basic digital marketing is an added advantage.
Strong results orientation with a sense of urgency.
High level of personal accountability and professionalism.
Ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information.
Ability to identify and prioritize key sales initiatives.
