Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
*Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads through market research, calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
*Support in preparing and delivering product demos and sales presentations
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
*Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to develop sales materials and proposals
*Learn and understand the company’s SaaS products (ERPs, POS systems, cloud software, etc.) to communicate value to potential clients
*Provide feedback from prospective clients to improve product-market fit
*Meet set weekly and monthly sales activity targets under supervision.
Requirements
*Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
*Interest or basic knowledge in SaaS, ERPs, POS systems, or other software products
*Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
*Strong research, problem-solving, and organizational skills
*Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools quickly
*High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn
