- Growth & Client Retention – Develop and execute strategies to retain existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Policy & SOP Management – Create, implement, and regularly update operational policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency.
- Branch &; Team Leadership – Provide direct oversight and strategic direction to branch managers, ensuring all regional operations align with corporate goals.
- Management of Security Guards & Supervisory Team – Directly oversee the entire guard force and field supervisors, ensuring optimal deployment, discipline, performance standards, and career progression pathways.
- Client Escalation Management – Act as the primary point of escalation for client concerns; resolve issues within 12 hours and complete formal incident investigations promptly.
- Operational Efficiency – Assess current operational structures and implement data-driven changes to improve workflow and productivity.
- Administrative & Budget Control – Manage the Operations Department's administration, including cost-effective systems and strict budgetary controls.
- Performance Management – Conduct regular performance reviews for operational staff (including guards and supervisors), offer mentorship, and take corrective action when needed.
- Specialized Unit Oversight – Supervise key divisions including the Training School, Technical Department, and Canine Section, ensuring each meets company and industry standards.
- Team Leadership – Motivate, discipline, and retain a large guard force plus field supervisors.
- Supervisory Chain Management – Ensure supervisors enforce standards and maintain guard discipline.
- Conflict Resolution – De-escalate disputes among guards, supervisors, and clients.
- Rostering & Deployment – Optimize shift schedules and emergency cover across multiple sites.
- Security Risk Assessment – Identify site vulnerabilities and adjust guard post orders.
- Incident Command – Lead real-time response to theft, fire, medical, or intrusion events.
- SOP & Post Order Writing – Create clear, enforceable procedures for frontline staff.
- Client Escalation Management – Resolve client issues within 12 hours (per advert).
- Budget & Payroll Control – Manage costs, verify guard attendance, and prevent payroll fraud.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Use incident reports and patrol logs to improve deployments.
- Security Tech Literacy – Use GPS tracking, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Root Cause Analysis – Investigate guard failures (e.g., sleeping on duty) to fix underlying issues.
- Decisiveness Under Pressure – Handle after-hours emergencies (e.g., last-minute guard absences).
- Integrity & Resilience – Remain incorruptible and composed despite constant pressure.
- Military/GSU Command Presence (bonus) – Brings crisis discipline and authority.
