Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site visits, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, property developers, and decision-makers.
  • Present and sell Bakyson's ICT and ELV solutions, including:
    • High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA)
    • IPTV Systems
    • CCTV & Surveillance Solutions
    • Access Control Systems
    • Fire Alarm Systems
    • Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS)
    • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Collaborate with presales and project teams to develop compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within ICT, ELV, telecommunications, systems integration, or technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
