Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist customers in identifying suitable products based on their needs .
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales area in line with company standards.
• Ensure accurate stock levels through proper shelving, rotation, and inventory awareness.
• Support the receiving, checking, and stocking of incoming deliveries.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge including brands, pricing, pack sizes, and promotions.
• Accurately explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
• Process sales orders and transactions accurately using point-of-sale or order management systems.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
Qualifications .
Diploma in any business related field .
Honesty,reliable and responsible .
At least 1 year work experience
Able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work flexible hours,including weekends
Good communication and customer service skills
