Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the auto parts store.
- Lead, train and supervise the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
- Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate purchasing according to inventory levels.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product display.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with garages, fleet companies and wholesale customers.
- Prevent stock losses and ensure proper internal controls.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive spare parts industry.
- Good knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Good knowledge for the local market items and prices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Honest, responsible and customer-oriented.
