JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Officer will support the coaching and capacity building of Curriculum Support Officers, who will directly coach school leaders.The Project Officer will organize dates and help plan monthly virtual webinars, including mobilizing schools and following up on any challenges to ensure active participation and improved uptake of gender practices at school level.The Project Officer will support lead coaches with on-ground mobilization of schools and school leaders to ensure attendance at workshops, contributing to strengthened skills and capacity.The Project Officer will offer support during trainings, which may include taking attendance, assisting in setting up group sessions, and distributing materials.The Project Officer will support Curriculum Support Officers in designing cluster meetings aligned with the academic calendar.Together with the CSOs, the Project Officer will strengthen Communities of Practice at the school level for both the continuing cohort and the current cohort.The Project Officer will participate in monitoring visits organized by Dignitas staff to assess project quality and progress.He or she will support the Senior Programs Manager in documenting impact stories for donor reporting processes.The Project Officer will undertake any other duties necessary to support Dignitas’ work, as assigned by the line manager.
