Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in logistics is an added advantage)
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
High level of professionalism and integrity
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote logistics and delivery services
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions
Generate and qualify leads to support business growth
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
Follow up on inquiries and nurture client relationships
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
