Job Title: RESTAURANT HELPERS Team Member (Kitchen Expert / Guest Expert)
Job location: Saudi Arabia
Function: QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
Role Purpose:
The Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by upholding brand standards in food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, and store efficiency. Whether operating as a cook, cashier, packer, or supply base team member, the individual plays a critical role in daily store operations. This position ensures all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, care, and a focus on maximizing satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily stock and maintain sufficient inventory levels for assigned workstations.
• Assist fellow team members to improve overall restaurant performance.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Perform routine cleaning duties, including but not limited to emptying trash, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms, stockrooms, refrigerators, freezers, walk-in coolers, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, drive-thru, front counter, and packing areas.
Customer Service & Guest Interaction:
• Deliver a high standard of customer service; greet all guests pleasantly and professionally.
• Accurately take customer orders and handle transactions efficiently.
• Assist carryout customers and manage minor complaints with courtesy and patience.
• Escalate serious customer issues to the store or shift manager promptly.
• Ensure all products are prepared, packed, and held in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain awareness of current menu items and pricing.
Product Quality & Safety:
• Monitor product quality and compliance with brand food handling specifications.
• Check expiration dates and manage inventory to minimize waste.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor immediately.
• Operate kitchen and store equipment as per safety and operational guidelines.
Teamwork & Development:
• Support the training of new hires as needed and in accordance with company standards.
• Participate in ongoing development plans set by Crew Supervisors and Store Management.
Role Requirements:
Academic Qualifications & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Skills and Abilities:
• Maximum age: 28 years
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking)
