Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms e.g. Tiktok Instagram & Facebook
- Monitor website performance and optimize SEO and SEM strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Manage influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives where applicable
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset
- Working days are Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday designated as the weekly off day
