- Monthly follower growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, Prompt Response to client queries
- Views per post, engagement rate, and average watch time
- Traffic driven from Pinterest and organic social to the website
- Cost-per-acquisition, click-through rate, and conversion rate on paid campaigns
- Organic search traffic and keyword ranking growth for blog content
- Positive sentiment share from social listening and community engagement
- Performance Open rate, click-through rate, and subscriber list growth
- 2–4 years’ experience managing social media for a consumer brand — fashion, beauty, or lifestyle experience is a strong advantage
- Able to shoot, edit, and post content independently
- Comfortable managing paid social and Google Ads budgets and reading performance dashboards
- Strong writer with a working knowledge of SEO for captions and blog content
- Fluent in TikTok culture — you make a brand feel native to the platform
- Organized, deadline-driven, and confident owning a content calendar independently
