DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Management
  • Create, design, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
  • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms

Social Media Campaigns
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Manage organic and paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives

Audience Engagement & Community Management
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong online communities and customer relationships
  • Monitor online conversations and brand mentions

Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
  • Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness
  • Use insights to optimize content and improve results

Digital Advertising Support
  • Assist in setting up and managing paid social media ads
  • Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements for better ROI
  • Support lead generation campaigns through targeted advertising

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills
  • Good understanding of social media advertising and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in the tours and travel industry is an added advantage
