In this role, you will complete short online tasks such as surveys, product reviews, and digital evaluations that help brands improve their services, content, and user experience.
This is a flexible, online‑based role suitable for people who are comfortable using social media, the internet, and basic digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Market Researcher & Online Survey Participant, you will:
- Take part in short surveys, watching videos, and filling out questionnaires.
- Provide product feedback and reviews based on your honest experience and opinion.
- Complete digital evaluations, such as:
- Testing websites, apps, or online tools.
- Reviewing social media content and advertisements.
- Rating how clear, engaging, or useful certain digital experiences are.
- Share feedback about:
- Social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
- Brand messages and content style.
- Overall user experience across different platforms.
- Carefully follow written instructions for each task to ensure accurate, high‑quality responses.
- Submit tasks within the given deadlines and communicate any issues clearly and promptly.
Requirements
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a phone, tablet, or computer.
- Comfortable using social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to read and follow instructions carefully.
- Good attention to detail when answering questions and providing written feedback.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Ability to manage your own time and complete tasks independently.
- Willingness to share honest opinions, even if they are critical or negative (constructive feedback is important).
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Previous experience with online surveys, product testing, or market research.
- Interest in social media trends, online content, and digital products.
- Ability to provide short written explanations or comments when needed.
What You Will Do Day to Day
Depending on project availability, your tasks may include:
- Answering short multiple‑choice or open‑ended surveys about products, ads, or services.
- Watching short videos (ads, product demos, social content) and rating them.
- Testing apps, websites, or signup flows and reporting what works well or what feels confusing.
- Writing brief reviews or opinions on products, services, or digital experiences.
- Participating in simple social media–related research, such as reviewing posts or giving feedback on campaign ideas.
Salary:
700 - 1,200 USD/month
