Key Responsibilities: Assist with the development and presentation of proposals aimed at securing new sponsorshipsDevelop a plan for each sponsorship opportunity, including creating marketing materials such as brochures and fliers that promote the event or activityCoordinate with event producers to ensure that all sponsors are represented at eventsInform company executives about upcoming events and opportunities for exposure through sponsorshipMonitor the status of current sponsorships to ensure that all commitments are met by both partiesCoordinate with other staff members to ensure that all sponsorship commitments are fulfilledManage the company’s database of potential sponsors and contact information for existing sponsorsCreate a budget for each sponsorship opportunity based on the company’s projected spending on marketing efforts such as print ads and television commercialsManage a team and add required skills/team members to the team as and when needed Qualifications: Degree in Communication, Marketing or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of proven experience working in a similar position in the pastExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsShould have great time management and organization skillsShould have great networking and presentation skills
