Job Summary 

Lead, support and motivate the sales team for the achievement of branch targets, customer satisfaction and long-term goals in line with the company vision and values. They oversee customer applications, approvals, loan disbursement and their collections.

Duties and Responsibilities 

a) Brand ambassador of Newark

b) Branch representative of commitment to the company’s vision, mission and goals

c) Manages Operations: responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch.

d) Manages Teams: Provides leadership and mentorship of teams ensuring they deliver their mandates

e) Manages Targets: Ensures the targets both individual and branch targets are met on time across all KPIs.

f) Maintains and oversees adherence of SOP’s and Credit Policy

g) Overseeing approvals of loans, lines of credit, and other fiscal plans 

h) In –charge of Customer relationships, Training and negotiations with customers 

i) Branch coordinator and custodian of all assets and customer files within the branch

j) Leader: Mentor, train, motivate and discipline of teammates to progress

k) Planner and executor of marketing and collection drives in the branch

l) In charge of Loan disbursements (both manual and system)

m) In-charge of Follow-ups and Collections ( ensure proper and consistent follow up accompanied with interactions)

n) In charge of Repossession procedures in the branch level

o) Maintain cordial relationships with other stake holders within  the branch

p) Records and researches all financial information for analysis of the  branch

q) Documents and interprets complicated information for clients 

r) Market Intelligence of the branch 

s) Reporting: Daily, weekly ,monthly and as per the advisory of the management

t) Advises on procedures and implementation of policies 

u) Forecasts and plans according to ensure the profitability growth is achieved

v) In charge of growing branch’s number of accounts 

w) Management representative in branch level
