Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
· Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage potential business clients.
· Research and build targeted prospect lists.
· Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and structured engagement.
2. Lead Qualification & Pipeline Support
· Qualify leads based on need, budget, and decision-making capability.
· Handover qualified leads to Sales Executives with complete documentation.
· Track demos, confirmations, and follow-up outcomes.
3. Customer Engagement & Inquiry Handling
· Manage inbound calls and emails, providing accurate product information.
· Communicate solutions clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
· Maintain excellent customer-first communication standards.
4. Reporting & CRM Management
· Log all call activities and outcomes in Zoho CRM (or assigned CRM).
· Maintain up-to-date lead information and pipeline movement.
· Track call volumes, performance metrics, and conversion rates.
· Prepare and submit weekly performance and activity reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Support Sales Executives by scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
· Participate in tele-sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
· Conduct light market research to enhance lead targeting.
· Assist with onboarding coordination when required.
· Represent the company professionally in all phone and virtual interactions.
· Perform duties assigned by management to support overall revenue goals.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of telesales experience, preferably in B2B.
· Experience in selling telecom, VoIP, ICT, or other technical solutions is an added advantage.
· Strong pitching skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
· Proficiency in Zoho CRM or other CRM platforms.
· Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage high call volumes.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in documentation.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
