The Tour Consultant will be responsible for designing, packaging, and coordinating tour experiences for both inbound and outbound clients. This includes itinerary planning, costing, reservations, client communication, online enquiries, and end-to-end management of holiday and safari packages.

Job descriptions & requirements
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgets
- Design customized itineraries and tour packages for inbound and outbound travel
- Prepare quotations, costings, and detailed travel proposals
- Make reservations for accommodation, transport, excursions, park fees, guides, and related services
- Liaise with hotels, tour operators, airlines, and service partners
- Coordinate travel logistics to ensure smooth delivery of booked tours
- Provide clients with destination information, travel advisories, and documentation guidance
- Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and re-confirmations
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and trade partners
- Ensure excellence in customer service from enquiry to post-travel follow-up
- Maintain accurate client and booking records
- Support sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling
- Create tour packages, write descriptions, and upload packages onto the company website and/or online platforms
- Respond promptly and professionally to online enquiries, chats, and email leads
- Represent the company professionally during client and partner interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 5 years experience as a Tour Consultant dealing with international and local clients
- Strong knowledge of local and international destinations
- Familiarity with safari, leisure, and holiday travel products
