Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tour Consultant to manage the full cycle of tour bookings—from client inquiry to trip completion—with a focus on delivering personalized, memorable travel experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent destination and product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to both standard and high-end clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle all aspects of tour bookings including client inquiries, quotations, reservations, confirmations, and post-travel follow-up.
• Design tailor-made itineraries that meet client interests, preferences, and budgets.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on destinations, accommodation options, transport, attractions, and travel logistics.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local agents to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel insurance, health, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare detailed tour documents such as itineraries, vouchers, and travel briefs.
• Manage customer expectations by maintaining clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Promote company packages and destinations to attract new and repeat clients.
• Handle complaints or service issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings, payments, and client communications.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging destinations.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism Management, Travel Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the tours and travel industry.
• Proven experience in designing and selling holiday packages (domestic and international).
• Strong knowledge of key destinations, travel suppliers, and industry systems.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
