On behalf of our client Infini Africa , we are seeking a professional Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in international travel management, strong connections to the European market, and the ability to deliver premium travel solutions for our clients.
Job descriptions & requirements
Plan, book, and manage travel itineraries for individuals and groups.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, flights, accommodations, and tours.
• Build and maintain relationships with European travel partners and clients.
• Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
Requirements
• Must have access to the European travel market (networks, partnerships, or client base).
• IATA accreditation is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
