We’re seeking a passionate and creative Videographer to capture and showcase properties in a visually compelling way for both digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit high-quality real estate videos, including property tours, marketing videos, and social media reels/shorts.
• Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment to produce professional content.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut; motion graphics skills are an added advantage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video concepts aligned with brand goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited videos optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Stay updated with video content trends to create fresh and creative real estate marketing materials.
• Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Design creative graphics and visual content for digital and print media to support marketing initiatives.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in real estate or lifestyle content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut; knowledge of After Effects or similar software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and sound.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
• Creative eye for detail and storytelling through video.
