Job Title: Account Manager - Promotional Materials Supply Industry
Location: Nairobi
We are a leading promotional materials in Kenya since 2013 and are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the promotional materials supply / Branding industry, with a track record of meeting sales targets and be able to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the promotional materials supply industry
· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our product line
· Manage client accounts, including forecasting, planning, and budgeting
· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
· Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads to grow the company's client base including attending industry events to network and generate leads
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide clients with innovative and effective solutions
· Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the promotional materials supply industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills
4. Ability to work independently and as a team as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills.
9. Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
