The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling tax filings. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in drafting legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayablePrepare invoices, billing statements, and financial reportsReconcile accounts and resolve discrepanciesManage collections and payment processingPrepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statementsAnalyze financial data and provide insights to managementMonitor budget and forecast future financial performancePrepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll taxMaintain accurate and complete records of financial transactionsAdvise management on tax planning and compliance strategiesDraft correspondenceEnsure documents are accurate, complete, and comply with all relevant laws and regulationsConduct legal research to support drafting efforts Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in accountingStrong understanding of GAAP and tax lawsProficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software, such as QuickBooksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
