Key Responsibilities:

Daily accounting tasks and management of month-end activities, including real time cash-flow reporting. Guide the management of the accounting team to deliver budgets and forecasts. Create, Implement and promote processes and procedures surrounding financial activities. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries. Provide advice and analysis on the financial consequences of business decisions to evaluate options for business preparations, capital investments and funding decisions.

Qualifications:

Must have a degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant field. Must have CPA, CFA or ACCA qualification. Must have experience using Xero accounting software. At least 2 years’ experience working as an accountant. Experience in auditing is an added advantage. Ability to work closely with other team members and with minimal supervision. Have a positive attitude and self-drive. Excellent spoken and written English.
