Key objective/Purpose of the Job.Manage all the Accounting and Financial transactions and functions of the company.Key Responsibilities include: Bookkeeping, update ledgers and journal entriesPost all transactions through ERP-TallyBank posting and reconciliation of Mpesa on daily and monthly basisPetty Cash Management and preparation of Cashflow projectionsSupplier accounts update, reconciliations and paymentsPayroll and Statutory Management, remittance and filing of returns for NSSF, NHIF and PAYE NITA deductions etcPrepare monthly management accounts, including income statement and statementof financial positionProvide financial advisory to managementFacilitate Value Added/Withholding Tax computation, timely returns submission and remittancePreparation of annual financial statements for tax filing purpose, statutory audit and tax filing by an independent auditor. QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications A CPA K professional and Graduate in the relevant field of studyA clear understanding and demonstration of key accounting processes with a minimum of 4 years of working experience with ERP systemsStrong organization, communication and interpersonal skillsA professional, with personal ethical standardsAn eye for detail and the ability to work accurately with great self-driveMotivated, with a positive attitude and eager to learn continuouslyMust be committed to work, ready to take responsibility and work with minimal supervisionAbility to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
