We are seeking a highly skilled and detailed-oriented Accountant with at least 5 years of experience and CPA certification to support the financial operations of our restaurant and rental divisions. The ideal candidate will play a role in ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Accounting:
ü Maintain accurate books and records for all restaurant operations.
ü Process and reconcile daily sales reports and POS system data.
ü Manage accounts payable and receivable for restaurant suppliers.
ü Oversee inventory accounting and cost control procedures.
ü Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for restaurant units.
Rental Property Accounting:
ü Maintain financial records for residential and commercial rental properties.
ü Prepare monthly rent rolls and ensure timely collection of rent.
ü Process lease-related accounting entries, including deposits, rent escalations, and service charges.
ü Manage vendor payments and property-related expenses.
ü Reconcile property bank accounts and support asset management reporting.
General Accounting Duties:
ü Prepare and post journal entries and month-end adjustments.
ü Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
ü Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
ü Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and analysis.
ü Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hospitality and/or property management sectors.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
