Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing both accounting tasks and general office administration with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
- Assist the Finance Officer in ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting records.
- Process statutory deductions including NHIF, NSSF, and PAYE.
- Assist with VAT returns and other tax compliance tasks.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and company records.
- Monitor office supplies and handle procurement processes.
- Provide front office support, including answering calls and responding to emails.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying and scanning.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA Section II or higher is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude.
