Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Accounts and Admin Head to oversee our financial and administrative operations in Mombasa, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Finance, Business Administration, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Reporting to -  MD

Requirements 

  • Qualifications - Degree in Finance / Business Admin / ACCA or equivalent 
  • Experience - min 5yrs 


Detailed Job (not limited to)

  • Creditors accounts
  • Debtors accounts
  • Cash accounts
  • VAT / WH VAT / WHT / Tax knowledge 
  • Payroll and statutory accounts
  • General company accounts / ledgers
  • Inventory accounts
  • Indepth knowledge on local tax compliance 
  • Company compliance requirements
  • Strong administration and leadership skills
  • able to work with minimum supervision and deliver as required
  • highly honest, trustworthy and reliable
  • long term engagement
