Job Summary
We’re hiring a Remote Accounting Assistant with 2+ years of experience. Responsibilities include data entry, reconciliations, invoicing, and supporting month-end processes. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting software. Remote, mid-level role with flexible hours.

Job Description/Requirements
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately - ETIMS & normal
- Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closures
- Maintain organized digital financial records
- Support VAT filing, PAYE, and statutory compliance
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist in budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants when needed
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan financial regulations
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters
