- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive company information with the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal departments on behalf of the executive.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
- Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Manage office supplies and administrative resources for the executive office.
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives is an added advantage.
