Job Description Machakos County, nicknamed ‘Macha,’ was the first capital city of Kenya and is now an administrative county in Kenya. Machakos is made up of eight constituencies including Machakos Town, Mavoko, Masinga, Yatta, Kangundo, Kathiani, Matungulu, and Mwala. Machakos Town is the administrative capital of the County.MCPSB/05//Duties and Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities will involve training and advising farmers on matters related to Crop Production, Land Development, planning and management of demonstration plots. Requirement for AppointmentFor appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: – Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C or its equivalent; andA Diploma in any of the following fields: Agriculture, Food Technology, Agriculture & Home Economics, Agricultural Education, Horticulture, or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
