Australia Loan Processing Officer – Finance & Accounting

Fresh graduates with a strong academic background in Finance or Accounting are highly encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Business Administration
• CPA-K (Part II or III), ICIFA, AKIB, or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, banking, credit analysis, or lending (preferred)
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)

Key Skills:

• Interpret financials, tax returns, and bank statements
• Verify identity, income, and expense documentation
• Create comprehensive loan file summaries and checklists
• Maintain accuracy with confidential financial data

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit complete loan documentation to lenders
• Assess income and calculate borrowing capacity
• Ensure all supporting documents meet lender requirements
• Liaise with Australian brokers and lenders
• Keep track of all compliance and processing checklists

Salary Range:

KES 30,000 – 45,000/month
